  • William Robert Fisher, LTC USA retired, PhD, died at home on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. He was born in 1940 to Eva and Robert Fisher in Pueblo, Colorado.

    Bill accomplished many things. He had advanced degrees, he was an Army pilot and G.D. executive. He did not feel what a man did was important but how he embraced life. He was happy, and his sense of humor was legendary. He is so missed by his wife Marsha and children Matthew and Deborah.
