Robert ‘Bob” Berg

Bob Berg, husband of Claire Berg and long time resident of Hot Springs Village, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 in his sleep, the result of congestive heart failure.   Bob was quick with a song, a story of an adventure, and a thought on the need for a conservative political shift.   Bob, born Robert George Berg, in 1936, in Detroit, MI spent his youth and adult years in California and moved to The Village 20 years ago.   He enjoyed singing his whole life and spent many evenings with friends crooning the Rat Pack classics, including “I Did it My Way.”   He is survived by his loving wife Claire, 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.   Services will be in California.   Donations in his name may be directed to Arkansas Hospice who made his final chapter a transition of peace by their compassionate care.
